musicians who have inspired his personal love and devotion for the
instrument. The album is meticulously recorded and includes some
fantastic arrangements. "Salute" was Produced, Engineered & Recorded

Doug Parry at Andora Studios,
Hollywood CA. The album was mixed by Doug Parry & Tony Rambo.

ROCKET was born in Texas, but
grew up in Massachusetts. His father was a well known country
guitarist who performed at the Grand Old Opry, and taught Rocket
guitar at the age of eleven.

R.R. first solo album features
former Roth band mates Gregg Bissonette, Ron Wikso, and
Brett Tuggle- In addition, Michael
Baird (drums), Vince DiCola (Piano & Hammond), Matt Bissonette
(Bass) & Tom Lilly (Bass) are also featured. In addition to his
tours and appearances below, Rocket has also done session work and
score writing for a number of TV shows, commercials, and movies. He
also has made video appearances, including Gregg Bissonette's
Instructional Guitar video. Rocket was Steppenwolf's lead guitarist
from 1985 to late 1993. He co-wrote a number of songs on the band's
"Rock N Roll Rebels", and "Feed the Fire", releases. He is also
featured on the Wolf's excellent double live CD "Live at 25". Prior
to joining the Wolf, he was a hot L.A. session guitarist. Rocket was
also the guitarist in Cher's band and later joined Black Rose that
featured Cher and her then boyfriend, guitarist Les Dudek. Rocket
has recorded and toured with David Lee Roth (Van Halen) as well.
